Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 hours: Cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After 12 hours: We’ll try our best, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed once processing has begun.
  • After dispatch: Orders can’t be cancelled. You may request a return once delivered (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Order Modification

  • Address changes: Request within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Item/quantity changes: Possible only before processing starts; otherwise place a new order and return the original after delivery (if eligible).
  • Customization & gift notes: We can add these if your order has not yet been packed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines apply (typically 7 business days after we issue the refund).

Tip: Include your Order ID, purchase email, and requested change when contacting support for faster handling.
