We understand that sometimes plans change. At OwlHarmony Handmade LLC, we strive to accommodate order modifications and cancellations wherever possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and fast fulfillment timelines, certain limitations apply.
1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We accept cancellation requests if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
- If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
- You may still return the product upon delivery according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Order Modification
You may request changes to your order (such as address correction, product size, or quantity update) within the first 12 hours after ordering by emailing us.
- Once an order has been packed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
