1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging intact.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Custom or final sale items are non-refundable unless damaged

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
