These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Harmony™ (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices, taxes, and shipping terms shown at checkout.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors (including pricing/typography) before or after submission.
• If an item is unavailable or fails quality checks, we may cancel and refund your order or offer alternatives.
• Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may have additional terms.

3) Shipping & Delivery

International shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees set by local authorities and payable by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized/final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions and exclusions.

5) Product Characteristics & Materials

Harmony™ bags & lifestyle products are designed for daily carry using quality materials (e.g., vegan leather, recycled/poly fabrics, robust hardware). Minor variations in color/texture may occur between batches or screens and are not considered defects.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content—text, designs, photographs, logos, product names, and software—is owned by Harmony™ or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. If you believe your rights are infringed, submit a claim via our Intellectual Property Claim or DMCA page.

7) User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Harmony™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing, subject to applicable law.
• You confirm your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove inappropriate content.

8) Prohibited Activities

• Using the Site for unlawful purposes (fraud, counterfeit sales, harassment, IP infringement).
• Interfering with security features, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping/crawling the Site.
• Posting spam or misleading claims about Harmony™ products.

9) Warranties Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Site and all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony™ and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenues arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Harmony™ for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony™ from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of rights.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdictions where Harmony™ operates. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction where we are located or where you reside. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last updated” date below indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
