• Confirmation is emailed at purchase; tracking follows when your parcel ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tracking Your Order

Lost / Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier.
• For damage or missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
• Claims are subject to carrier investigation and verification by Harmony™.
