Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard U.S. Shipping (7–12 business days): FREE for all orders over $50
  • Flat-rate Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $50
  • We currently ship to the U.S. and select international destinations

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 7–12 business days after shipment
  • Canada & International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and local carriers)

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor the status of your delivery via the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs, or holidays. While we do our best to deliver on time, such delays are outside our control.
